African Coordinator

We seek to expand our work on the African continent by creating the new position of African Coordinator to join our team of experienced campaigners, researchers, and lobbyists. The Coordinator will work to develop and implement field organizing and media strategies and campaigns to support our work and the work of our coalition partners in Africa. The African Coordinator will report to the International Policy Coordinator based in Washington, D.C. This newly created position will preferably be based in Nairobi, Kenya or Johannesburg, South Africa but other locations will be considered.

Campaign Organizer, Fish Program

We are seeking a Campaign Organizer to join our experienced fish program team for one year, with the possibility for extension. The Organizer will specifically work to help ensure seafood safety, related to potential pollution sources, and challenge certain corporate practices as unsafe and irresponsible. This position is ideally based in our Washington, DC office, but may be somewhat flexible in location, as there is likely to be some concentrated work in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as a national campaign.
